Jump Start offers yard rentals for non Jump Start Dog Sports Activities. Also, current students have the opportunity to rent the back agility yard for their own use. And, you can now rent the small front yard for Dog Birthday Parties, Your Celebration, and More!

• Use of Puppy Kindergarten Yard includes a fenced yard with room for set ups.
• Electrical outlets available for coffee, crock pots, etc.
• Student must provide own paper products, beverages, ice, extension cords, coffee makers, etc.
• Jump Start will provide some chairs, three tables, clean restroom with stocked toilet paper and paper towels, and trash removal.

Yard Rental for Individuals at Jump Start

The back yard is available for student rental. It is available for CURRENT students only. Students must be enrolled in at least one class to be able to rent the yard. If the yard is being rented for agility, the student AND DOG(s) must be in an ongoing class and know how to properly use all of the equipment.

• Contact obstacles cannot be moved. The wheels can be lowered and the items used to keep the dog walk and teeter off the ground can be removed. They must be replaced when the renter is done.
• If the yard is being rented on Thursday or Friday, any equipment that is taken out must be put back in to the storage area.
• The yard is rented in half-hour and one-hour blocks.
• Less than one-half hour is charged for one-half hour.
• More than one-half, but less than one hour is charged at one hour.
• The hour is to the student and immediate family only. If someone has two or three dogs, they are a family. If two people are living together, they are a family.
• If two friends want to use the yard the prices are listed below.
• NO MORE than two people in the yard at one time.
• Jump Start Dog Sports instructors have priority in the yards. However, once a spot is paid for, the instructor will respect that and not encroach on the user.
• Spots must be paid for in advance of use to make sure there is not a prior commitment for the yard.

Yard Rental for Non Jump Start Dog Sports Activities

• Use of yard includes a fenced yard with room for set ups.
• Electrical outlets available for coffee, crock pots, etc.
• Clubs must provide own paper products, beverages, ice, extension cords, coffee makers, etc.
• Jump Start will provide some chairs, three tables, clean restroom with stocked toilet paper and paper towels, and trash removal.
• Agility equipment is provided on request at an additional fee – see below.
• Baby gates are available for a $25 additional fee.
• Proof of Insurance from your club naming Jump Start Dog Sports, Inc. AND Country Care Pet Resort, Inc. as additionally insured is mandatory. A $1,000,000 binder is requested.
