General Requirements of All Classes

Dogs and Handlers must be in good health.

Each class requires that both the dogs and handlers be in good health. All dogs must be current on DHP, Parvo and Bordetella and proof of such must be on file at Jump Start. Jump Start Dog Sports does accept your veterinarian’s recommendations and protocols regarding vaccines. Rabies certificates are required for dogs over four (4) months of age as required by law.

Puppy Awareness Workshops do not require Rabies, but do require other shots.

If owner gives own shots the manufacturer and date given must be provided.

Titers are accepted as proof of vaccines (except Rabies).

Females in heat MUST wear britches or pants to class.
